1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our loan assistance services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into agreements, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Al-Khair Islamic Finance is a loan assistance and consultancy service. We act as an intermediary between applicants and registered banks / NBFCs. We do not directly lend money. All loan disbursals are made by the respective financial institution as per their own approval criteria.

3. Eligibility

• Applicants must be Indian residents, aged 21–65 years.
• Salaried or self-employed individuals with a verifiable income source.
• Valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN) are mandatory.
• Meeting our eligibility criteria does not guarantee loan approval, which is at the sole discretion of the lending bank/NBFC.

4. Processing Charges

A non-refundable bank processing charge of ₹1,750 is applicable. This fee covers document handling, verification, and file preparation costs. Additional charges, if any, levied by the bank are separate and governed by the bank's own schedule of charges.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and forms. Submission of false, misleading, or forged documents is a criminal offence under Indian law and will result in immediate cancellation of the application without refund.

6. Website Use

You may use this website solely for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on this website.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. EMI Calculator

The EMI Calculator on this website is provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual EMI, interest rate, and tenure are determined by the lending bank and may vary. Results from the calculator do not constitute a loan offer or commitment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Al-Khair Islamic Finance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on any information provided herein, or any loan decision made by a lending institution. We provide assistance — final credit decisions rest entirely with the bank or NBFC.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Al-Khair Islamic Finance and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
